Two ideas that didn't obviously go together — NetEnt's Twin Reel mechanic, where two reels lock to the same symbols, and the Megaways engine. Twin Spin Megaways is where they shake hands, and it actually works.

Six reels, up to 117,649 ways to win, the usual Megaways setup where the symbol count per reel changes every spin. The Twin Reel piece is what makes it different. At the start of every spin two reels next to each other lock to the same symbols. They can grow to three, four, even all six matching. When five or six lock together, you get a base-game hit big enough that you don't need a bonus to feel like you scored. The retro 7s and bells over a Vegas-strip backdrop are on purpose — NetEnt wanted to keep the original Twin Spin's feel.

We spun this one against modern Megaways slots and the maths holds up. Default RTP is 96.04%. Max win is 38,000× through a base-game lockup chain plus tumble multipliers. Free spins trigger on five scatters (15 spins, +1 per extra scatter). During the bonus, multiplier wilds carry 2× or 3× on any winning line they join.
